سياسة الخصوصية / Privacy policy

This policy explains how ClickSentry collects and processes data when you use Google Ads campaign protection, including Google OAuth sign-in, the Google Ads API, subscriptions, and PayPal payments. Using the service means you agree to this policy.

Who we are

ClickSentry is a web platform at https://click-sentry.com that connects your Google Ads account, tracks ad visits via a snippet you place on your site, and pauses or resumes campaigns according to rules you set. Operator: ClickSentry. Privacy contact: info@click-sentry.com.

Data we collect

  • Basic Google account data via OAuth: name, email, and profile photo (openid, email, and profile scopes).
  • Access to Google Ads accounts you authorize via the restricted scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords, including access and refresh tokens.
  • Google Ads customer and campaign IDs, names, status, and daily budget when available, only as needed to pause or enable campaigns or apply IP exclusions you turn on.
  • Tracking events from your sites: page URL, referrer, GCLID/gbraid/wbraid if present, an anonymous visitor ID, and user agent.
  • Visitor IP address: used in your account for the click report and repeat-click detection. It is shown to the account owner in masked form where possible, and hashed for matching so the full address is not shared with third parties.
  • Subscription data: plan (Launch / Professional / Agency), start and end dates, status, and amount.
  • PayPal payment data: order ID, transaction (Capture) ID, payment status, and PayPal email if PayPal provides it. We do not store card numbers.

How we use data

We use data only to operate ClickSentry: authenticate you, show Google Ads accounts and campaigns you granted, apply protection rules you configure, pause or enable campaigns and write IP exclusions via the Google Ads API from our server only, manage billing, and send service alerts. We do not use Google user data for advertising, marketing profiles, training public AI models, or any purpose other than providing this service.

Google user data and Limited Use

ClickSentry’s use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer it except as needed to provide the service you requested (for example calling the Google Ads API), to comply with law, or with your consent. Humans do not read raw Google user data unless you explicitly allow it, or it is necessary for security, compliance, or debugging an outage, and only with safeguards in place.

How we protect sensitive data

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect Google data and account data, including:

  • Encryption in transit: the site and APIs are served over HTTPS/TLS. Google OAuth, Google Ads API, and PayPal traffic use encrypted channels.
  • Encryption at rest: Google refresh and access tokens are encrypted on the server with AES-256-GCM using a server-side key before they are stored in the database. Tokens are not stored in plaintext.
  • Privilege separation: all Google Ads requests run on the server only. The browser never receives the OAuth client secret or Google tokens. The PayPal button uses only the public client ID.
  • Least privilege: we request only openid, email, profile, and the Google Ads (adwords) scope. We do not request Drive, Gmail, or other unrelated scopes.
  • Access control: the dashboard requires an authenticated session. Each user’s data is restricted to that account. Internal admin passwords are stored with a one-way scrypt hash, not in plaintext.
  • Environment protection: the database and services run on access-restricted servers. Environment secrets (OAuth client secret, encryption key, SMTP) are not committed to the public repository and are not exposed to the browser.
  • Revocation and deletion: you can revoke ClickSentry in your Google Account settings at any time; after revocation we stop calling Google Ads with your credentials. You can request deletion of account data using the contact below.
  • Incidents: if we learn of unauthorized access to sensitive data we will take steps to contain the incident and notify affected users and authorities when legally required.

PayPal payments

Payment is processed on PayPal servers. We do not store your card number or CVV. After a successful payment we store the transaction ID and link it to your account. PayPal processes payment data under its own privacy policy.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent data. Campaign management requests go to Google under the permissions you granted. Order creation and capture go to PayPal. A hosting and email (SMTP) provider may be used only to send service messages. We do not share Google user data with third parties for marketing, advertising, or analytics unrelated to running the service.

Storage and security

Account, subscription, and tracking data are stored in a PostgreSQL database used only for this service. Google tokens are encrypted as described in the sensitive-data protection section. You can revoke the app from your Google account settings at any time.

Retention

We keep the subscription record and transaction ID while the account exists for billing and support. Google tokens are kept while the connection is active and are deleted or invalidated when you disconnect or we delete the account. Tracking events are used to run protection rules and show logs in your account, and can be deleted when the account is deleted on request.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting us. Revoking Google Ads access from Google stops new management requests. Deleting a ClickSentry account requires a request to the privacy email; we will delete it within a reasonable time unless law or accounting rules require us to keep a record.

  • معرفات العملاء والحملات في Google Ads، الأسماء، الحالة، والميزانية اليومية عند توفرها، بالقدر اللازم لإيقاف الحملات أو إعادة تشغيلها أو تطبيق استثناءات IP التي تفعّلها أنت.
  • أحداث التتبع من مواقعك: عنوان الصفحة، المصدر، GCLID/gbraid/wbraid إن وُجد، ومعرّف زائر مجهول، ووكيل المستخدم.
  • عنوان IP لزائر موقعك: يُستخدم داخل حسابك لتقرير النقرات وكشف التكرار. يُعرض لصاحب الحساب بشكل مقنّع حيثما أمكن، ويُقدَّر تجزئة (hash) لأغراض المطابقة دون عرض العنوان الكامل لأطراف ثالثة.
  • بيانات الاشتراك: الخطة (انطلاقة / الاحترافي / الوكالة)، تاريخ البدء والانتهاء، الحالة، والمبلغ.
  • بيانات الدفع عبر PayPal: معرف الطلب، رقم المعاملة (Capture ID)، حالة الدفع، وبريد حساب PayPal إن وفّره PayPal. لا نخزّن أرقام البطاقات.

كيف نستخدم البيانات

نستخدم البيانات فقط لتشغيل ClickSentry: توثيق هويتك، عرض حسابات وحملات Google Ads التي منحتها، تطبيق قواعد الحماية التي تضبطها، إيقاف أو تشغيل الحملات وكتابة استثناءات IP عبر Google Ads API من خادمنا فقط، إدارة الاشتراك، وإرسال تنبيهات الخدمة. لا نستخدم بيانات Google للإعلانات، أو التنميط التسويقي، أو تدريب نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي عامة، أو أي غرض غير تقديم هذه الخدمة.

بيانات مستخدمي Google والاستخدام المحدود

يخضع استخدامنا للمعلومات المستلمة من واجهات Google API لسياسة بيانات مستخدمي خدمات Google API، بما في ذلك متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود (Limited Use). لا نبيع بيانات مستخدمي Google. لا ننقلها إلا إذا كان ذلك ضروريًا لتقديم الخدمة التي طلبتها (مثل استدعاء Google Ads API)، أو للامتثال للقانون، أو بموافقتك. لا نسمح لأي إنسان بالاطلاع على بيانات Google الخام إلا إذا وافقت صراحةً، أو كان ذلك ضروريًا للأمن أو للامتثال أو للمساعدة في عطل، وبعد اتخاذ تدابير لحماية البيانات.

آليات حماية البيانات الحساسة

نطبّق تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية لحماية بيانات Google وبيانات الحساب، ومنها:

  • التشفير أثناء النقل: يُقدَّم الموقع وواجهات البرمجة عبر HTTPS/TLS. تتم اتصالات Google OAuth وGoogle Ads API وPayPal عبر قنوات مشفّرة.
  • التشفير أثناء التخزين: رموز تحديث Google (refresh tokens) ورموز الوصول تُشفَّر على الخادم بخوارزمية AES-256-GCM بمفتاح خاص بالخادم قبل حفظها في قاعدة البيانات. لا تُخزَّن الرموز كنص واضح.
  • فصل الصلاحيات: كل طلبات Google Ads تُنفَّذ من الخادم فقط. المتصفح لا يستلم Client Secret ولا رموز Google. زر PayPal يستخدم فقط معرّف العميل العام.
  • الحد الأدنى من الصلاحيات: نطلب فقط openid وemail وprofile ونطاق Google Ads (adwords). لا نطلب Drive أو Gmail أو نطاقات غير لازمة للخدمة.
  • التحكم في الوصول: لوحة التحكم تتطلب جلسة مصادَق عليها. يُقيَّد الوصول إلى بيانات كل مستخدم بحسابه. كلمات مرور لوحة الإدارة الداخلية تُحفظ مجزّأة (scrypt) وليست كنص واضح.
  • حماية بيئية: تُشغَّل قاعدة البيانات والخدمات على خوادم مقيّدة الوصول. أسرار البيئة (OAuth client secret، مفتاح التشفير، SMTP) لا تُودَع في المستودع العام ولا في المتصفح.
  • المراجعة والإلغاء: يمكنك إلغاء وصول ClickSentry من إعدادات حساب Google في أي وقت؛ بعد الإلغاء نتوقف عن استدعاء Google Ads ببياناتك. يمكنك طلب حذف بيانات الحساب عبر البريد أدناه.
  • الحوادث: إذا علمنا بوصول غير مصرّح لبيانات حساسة سنتخذ خطوات لاحتواء الحادث وإخطار المتأثرين والجهات المختصة عندما يلزم القانون ذلك.

الدفع عبر PayPal

تتم عملية الدفع على خوادم PayPal. نحن لا نخزّن رقم بطاقتك ولا بيانات CVV. بعد نجاح الدفع نحفظ رقم المعاملة وربطها بحسابك لتوثيق الاشتراك. PayPal يعالج بيانات الدفع وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة به.

المشاركة

لا نبيع البيانات ولا نؤجّرها. تُرسل طلبات إدارة الحملات إلى Google وفق الصلاحيات التي منحتها. تُرسل طلبات إنشاء واستكمال الدفع إلى PayPal. قد يُستخدم مزوّد استضافة وبريد (مثل SMTP) لإرسال رسائل الخدمة فقط. لا نشارك بيانات Google مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراض تسويق أو إعلان أو تحليلات مستقلة عن تشغيل الخدمة.

التخزين والأمان

تُحفظ بيانات الحساب والاشتراك وأحداث التتبع في قاعدة بيانات PostgreSQL خاصة بالخدمة. رموز Google مشفّرة كما هو موضح في قسم حماية البيانات الحساسة. يمكنك إلغاء صلاحية التطبيق من إعدادات حساب Google في أي وقت.

مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ بسجل الاشتراك ورقم المعاملة ما دام الحساب قائمًا للفوترة والدعم. رموز Google تُحفظ طالما الربط فعّال وتُحذف أو تُبطل عند إلغاء الربط أو حذف الحساب. أحداث التتبع تُستخدم لتشغيل قواعد الحماية وعرض السجلات داخل حسابك، ويمكن حذفها عند حذف الحساب بناءً على طلبك.

حقوقك

يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بيانات حسابك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها بالتواصل معنا. إلغاء ربط Google Ads من جهة Google يوقف طلبات الإدارة الجديدة. حذف حساب ClickSentry يتطلب طلبًا إلى بريد الخصوصية وسنحذفه ضمن مهلة معقولة ما لم يلزم الاحتفاظ لأسباب قانونية أو محاسبية.
